If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order. After contacting us, please return the item together with the required documents. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization.

Returns are accepted only for purchases made through the Bonpoint Online Store. Please note that returns cannot be processed at Bonpoint boutiques, including standalone stores and department store locations.

Please use a courier service (such as Japan Post Yu-Pack, Yamato Transport, or Sagawa Express) when returning your item. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent by regular mail or other non-trackable delivery methods, as receipt of the package cannot be confirmed.

For returns due to personal preference or change of mind, the original shipping charge is non-refundable. Return shipping costs and any cash-on-delivery (COD) handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns will not be accepted under any of the following circumstances:

• More than 14 days have passed since the item was delivered.
• The product tags have been removed or lost.
• The item has been used or shows signs of wear or fitting, including wrinkles, deformation, scratches, or odors.
• Any part of the product or its accessories is missing.
• The required documents are not enclosed with the return.
• Packaging materials such as the box, dust bag, or shopping bag are missing.
• For accessories, smartphone cases, or similar items, the sealed plastic packaging or protective wrapping has been opened.
• The item is a non-returnable product, including fragrances, skincare products, underwear, socks, swimwear, books, toys, or any other item explicitly marked as non-returnable.
• The item was purchased from a Bonpoint boutique or any retailer other than the Bonpoint Online Store. Please contact the original place of purchase.
• The item was purchased during a sale or from the outlet.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for reasons of personal preference. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Items received as gifts are not eligible for exchange or return. In such cases, please ask the original purchaser to contact our Customer Service.

Gift Wrapping

Orders placed through the Bonpoint Online Store are carefully presented in Bonpoint's signature packaging.

If you would like your order to be gift wrapped, please select the Gift Wrapping option during checkout.

Gift Wrapping Details

• One complimentary message card is included with each gift-wrapped order. You may also request a printed message at no additional charge.
• Gift packaging is available in white only.
• Your items will be wrapped in Bonpoint's signature silky tissue paper and presented in a gift box together with a scented Bonpoint shop card infused with the fragrance of Eau de Bonpoint. One Bonpoint shopping bag is included per order.
• If you purchase multiple items in a single order, they will be gift wrapped together as one package.
• A delivery note is enclosed with every order. It includes the sender's and recipient's names and addresses but does not display product prices, making it suitable for gift deliveries.

Your order receipt can be viewed anytime in My Account > Order History.

Please Note

• If you require multiple gift-wrapped packages, please place a separate order for each gift wrapping.
• Gift wrapping is not available for orders consisting solely of sale or outlet items.
• Gift wrapping may vary depending on the product.
• Some items are not eligible for gift wrapping.
• Cotton bags are not included with the gift wrapping service.
