Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact Bonpoint Online Store Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order before sending the item back. Please include the required documents with your return. Returns cannot be accepted without prior notice.

Returns are accepted only for purchases made through the Bonpoint Online Store. Items purchased at Bonpoint boutiques (including standalone stores and department stores) cannot be returned through the online store. Please contact the store where the item was purchased.

Please return your item using a trackable courier service (such as Japan Post Yu-Pack, Yamato Transport, or Sagawa Express). We cannot guarantee refunds for items sent by regular mail or other untracked delivery services.

For returns due to personal preference, the original shipping charge is non-refundable. Return shipping costs and any cash-on-delivery fees are the customer's responsibility.

Returns cannot be accepted if:

  • More than 14 days have passed since the item was delivered.

  • Product tags have been removed or are missing.

  • The item has been used or shows signs of wear or fitting (including wrinkles, scratches, or odors).

  • Any part of the product or its accessories is missing.

  • The required documents are not included.

  • Packaging materials such as the box, dust bag, or shopping bag are missing.

  • The sealed packaging of accessories, smartphone cases, or similar items has been opened.

  • The item is a non-returnable product, including fragrances, skincare products, underwear, socks, swimwear, books, toys, or any item marked as non-returnable.

  • The item was purchased at a Bonpoint boutique rather than the Bonpoint Online Store.

  • The item was purchased during a sale or from the outlet.

We do not offer exchanges for items returned due to customer preference. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Please note that gift recipients are not eligible to return or exchange gifted items. The original purchaser must contact Bonpoint Online Store Customer Service to arrange a return.
