Payment Methods

You may pay by credit card or cash on delivery (cash only).

Credit Card Payments
The following credit cards are accepted:
VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, Diners
* Affiliated cards listed above are also accepted.
* Credit cards issued overseas cannot be used.
* Please note that if the total order value is high, we may contact you to verify your identity.

Cash on Delivery
This is a payment method whereby you pay the delivery company the cost of the goods upon delivery, in exchange for the goods.
Please note that the cash on delivery fee is payable by the customer.
The cash on delivery fee is waived for purchases totalling 55,000 yen (including tax) or more.
Less than 11,000 yen (including tax): 330 yen (including tax)
11,000 yen or more but less than 33,000 yen (including tax): 440 yen (including tax)
33,000 yen or more (including tax): 660 yen (including tax)

*Please note that the delivery note included with your order does not show the total purchase amount.
If you require a receipt, please read the section ‘About Receipts’ below.
*If we do not receive confirmation of receipt within one week of dispatch, the items will be returned to us and your order will be cancelled.
*Please note that cash on delivery is not available for orders totalling 300,000 yen or more (including tax).

About Receipts
If you have purchased items via our online store using a credit card and would like a receipt, please contact our Customer Service team.
Please note that for items purchased via cash on delivery, the courier’s delivery note will serve as your receipt.
