Delivery of Goods

Items you have purchased will normally be dispatched in order from the next working day following your order. (*Excluding 31 December to 2 January)
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days.
However, delivery to certain areas, such as remote islands, may take longer.
Please note that it may take some time for certain items to be dispatched.

Items will be delivered via Yamato Transport.
Deliveries are made within Japan only.

* If you are not at home when your order is delivered, Yamato Transport will leave a ‘Delivery Notice’.
Please contact Yamato Transport as soon as possible to arrange a convenient time for collection.

* Please note that, for orders received on or after Thursday 1 June 2023, Yamato Transport may charge a fee for changing the delivery address (redirection) to a location other than the one stated on the consignment note. (Please check here for details.)

If you are unable to contact Yamato Transport or cannot accept the goods,
they will be held by Yamato Transport for a certain period (approximately 7 days) before being returned to us.
In such cases, please note that, as a general rule, we will cancel your order.
