Checkout Process

Customers who have registered for a My Account (membership)
Please enter your email address and password to log in. If you have forgotten your password, please click here.
Customers who have not yet registered for a My Account (membership)
Please click on ‘My Account’ here to register as a member before proceeding to checkout.

Step 1: Orderer Details
Please enter your address and other details. If you have already registered your address and other details in your member profile, you do not need to enter them again.
If there have been any changes to your membership details, please update them via your account.

Step 2: Delivery Address
If you wish to have the items sent to a registered address, please select it from the list.
If you wish to specify a new delivery address, please enter your name, address and other details.

Step 3: Select Delivery Date/Time and Payment Method
If you wish to specify a delivery date and time, please select your preferred date and time slot.
Please also select your payment method. You may choose between credit card or cash on delivery (cash only).
Delivery charges are 825 yen (including tax) per order.
If you wish to use our gift-wrapping service, please select the items for which you require gift wrapping.
The gift-wrapping fee is 550 yen (including tax). Please note that gift-wrapping is not available for certain items.
If you would like to include a message, please tick the relevant box and enter your message (up to 300 characters) in the designated field.
There is no charge for the message card.

Step 4: Confirm your order details
Please check your order details one last time.
To complete your order, please click ‘Confirm Order’.
If you wish to make any changes to your order, please click ‘Back’ to edit it.
