Cancellation of Orders

We may be required to cancel your order for unavoidable reasons.

If, whilst you are completing your purchase, another customer purchases the item and it becomes out of stock
If the payment provider is unable to process your order
If we are unable to deliver the item to the delivery address provided
If the delivery address falls into any of the following categories:
・A PO box
・Accommodation facilities such as hotels or ryokans, public facilities, airports or ports
・The address of a company providing a service to forward goods overseas
・Any other location where we reasonably determine that we cannot identify your whereabouts

If, after dispatch, you are unable to collect the goods within the courier’s storage period (approximately 7 days) due to your absence or other reasons, and the goods are returned to us by the courier
If your order details have been submitted in duplicate by mistake
