How to Sign Up for Stock Availability Alerts
1. Select the size of the item you wish to purchase and click the ‘Receive stock availability alerts’ button.
2. Enter your email address and click the ‘Register’ button to complete your registration.
3. Once your registration is complete, we will send a ‘Stock Availability Alert Registration Confirmed’ email to the email address you provided.
4. When the item is in stock, we will send a ‘Stock Availability Alert’ email to the email address you provided.

Important Notes Regarding Stock Notification Emails
・Stock notification emails do not constitute a guarantee of purchase.
・Please note that the item you have requested may not be restocked. In such cases, no stock notification email will be sent.
・If the product code changes due to additional production runs, etc., no stock notification email will be sent.
・As stock notification emails are sent automatically, we are unable to specify the exact time of delivery.
・We may suggest related products or alternative colours in addition to the item in question.
・Prices are subject to change, so please check the price upon restocking.
・Depending on the product, we may not be accepting applications.
・Popular items may sell out immediately after being restocked.
・Applications from the same email address are limited to one per person.
・A restock notification email will be sent only once per restock. If you wish to continue receiving restock notifications, please submit a new application.

If you do not receive the ‘Stock Notification (Registration Complete)’ email
・[For mobile phones] Set up domain-specific reception for @bonpoint.jp
・[For computers] Unblock the email in your spam folder. *Once unblocked, you will automatically receive the email.
・If the above settings apply, there may have been an error in the email address you entered. Please check your details carefully and resubmit your registration.
